Donny Disbro joined Professional Community Management in 1997 and represents and targets PCM services to land owners, equity partners, builders and developers, and cities throughout Southern California and beyond.  Donny’s area of focus in on the implementation of a management readiness plan for new community associations as well as overseeing and ensuring a smooth transition from developer/builder control to homeowner board of director control.  He was elected to the Board of Directors of the Building Industry Association (BIA), Seniors Housing Council and serves on many committees such as the BIA Construction Quality Committee, Home Aid Orange County’s Project Playhouse Committee, and ULI’s Programs Committee.

Donny received his MBA from Chapman University.

Susan Finley has over 24 years of experience in the field of community association management and forward planning.  She brings recognized expertise in California Department of Real Estate (DRE) budget preparation and innovative strategies and solutions to the community association forward planning process.  Before joining the team at PCM, she held the position of President of a prominent community association consulting firm.  Susan is a member of the California Association of Community Managers, California Building Industry of Southern California 50+ Council and BIA San Diego DRE Committee and is a frequent speaker at industry forums.

 

MICHELLE M. BURGE, CPA
Chief Financial Officer

Michelle Burge, Chief Financial Officer of PCM, is a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from San Diego State University. Michelle has over 20 years of community association management experience working closely with developers and client boards of directors to provide guidance, understanding and training on the financial and operational needs of each community. Michelle has been active on both the Finance Committee and Management Firm Council of the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) and is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
